Lumenci is looking for an expert with experience in FRAND royalty rate analysis and the valuation of Standard Essential Patents (SEPs), particularly within the context of 5G wireless technology and international SEP portfolios. The engagement involves preparation of an expert report or white paper developing a defensible U.S. FRAND rate methodology. Prior experience with SEP licensing, royalty determination frameworks, or testimony in telecommunications-related patent matters is preferred.
