2025 / 2026 – Divestiture of iconectiv (~US$1 billion)
In 2025 Ericsson agreed to sell iconectiv, its US-based numbering, interconnection, and network data business, to Koch Equity Development for approximately US$1 billion. The divestiture generated a one-off EBIT benefit of about SEK 8.8 billion that supported Ericsson’s 2025 earnings.
