Expert Witness Opportunities

Lumenci is looking for an expert with experience in cybersecurity, with a particular focus on authentication technologies and their application within financial technology platforms. The engagement involves technical expert witness support in the context of patent litigation, including preparation of expert reports and potential deposition or trial testimony. Prior experience with identity verification, multi-factor authentication, secure access protocols, or cybersecurity in regulated financial environments is preferred.

Lumenci is looking for an expert with experience in Wi-Fi and 802.11 wireless networking technologies, including hands-on knowledge of protocol design, standards development, and implementation. The engagement involves technical expert witness support, including preparation of expert reports and potential deposition or trial testimony. Prior experience with IEEE 802.11 standards, Wi-Fi interoperability, or related patent litigation matters is preferred.

Lumenci is looking for an expert with experience in FRAND royalty rate analysis and the valuation of Standard Essential Patents (SEPs), particularly within the context of 5G wireless technology and international SEP portfolios. The engagement involves preparation of an expert report or white paper developing a defensible U.S. FRAND rate methodology. Prior experience with SEP licensing, royalty determination frameworks, or testimony in telecommunications-related patent matters is preferred.

Lumenci is looking for an expert with experience in semiconductor device fabrication and process integration, interconnect and packaging technologies, and ESD protection and semiconductor device reliability. Prior deposition or trial testimony experience is preferred.

Lumenci is looking for an avionics expert with experience related to aircraft ground connectivity systems, including components supporting Wi-Fi and/or LTE functionality beyond WAP components. Relevant experience may include aircraft communication systems, onboard networking infrastructure, wireless connectivity integration, avionics hardware design, and ground-to-aircraft data communication systems. Prior deposition or trial testimony experience is preferred.

Lumenci is seeking a testifying expert with expertise in data center networking and advanced computer processor architectures for a patent litigation matter. Relevant experience may include high-performance networking, processor and accelerator design, distributed computing systems, server architectures, and large-scale data center infrastructure. Prior deposition or trial testimony experience is preferred.
