Jorge Ordonez

Jorge Ordonez is Lumenci’s Chief Financial Officer, responsible for leading the company’s global finance organization and supporting its next phase of growth.

With more than 25 years of experience across finance, treasury, and accounting, Jorge has spent over a decade as CFO in private equity and venture capital-backed businesses, as well as senior leadership roles at publicly traded companies. He has built his career on guiding companies through growth, raising capital, scaling operations, and driving successful outcomes across diverse industries including software and technology, healthcare, energy, logistics, and manufacturing.

Before joining Lumenci, Jorge served as Interim CFO at SSP Innovations, where he strengthened financial planning and profitability systems. Previously, as CFO at GoExpedi, he developed financial models that supported $35 million in funding and redesigned reporting for greater clarity. He has also held senior finance leadership positions at US Med-Equip, Detechtion Technologies, Energy Solutions International, ION Geophysical, and Alliance Imaging.

Jorge holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering and Computer Science from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City, where he graduated as valedictorian. Fluent in Spanish and French, he brings a global perspective and a strong track record of guiding organizations through transformative growth.
